Irma is responsible for all health & safety and compliance matters across the TPM portfolio. Her knowledge and attention to detail ensures that our properties are fully compliant with all regulations and statutory standards. Furthermore, she works closely with all trade contractors and specialist consultants to stay ahead of any changes in industry best practices.
She understands what our landlords expect from their assets as well maintaining proactive relationships with the tenants.
Irma is also responsible for our external branding, tenant and client relations, event management, assistance with financial management and IT support.
