CAREER EXPERIENCE:
James is responsible for managing all major repair, upgrade and improvement work across the portfolio, ensuring the properties are presentable and their potential is maximised.
With his keen eye for detail and thorough understanding of construction processes, he also provides a valuable role by scrutinising contractor’s PPM regimes and repair proposals.
In addition to the day to day building management, James works closely with landlords to provide a full design and project management service, undertaking refurbishment projects in-house and liaising with the buildings tenants to minimise disruption to their business operations.
James joined the team after completing four years studying Architecture at the University of Bath. During this time he spent eighteen months in industry, working across a diverse range of commercial, education and healthcare sector projects.

Responsible for coordinating contractors & suppliers.
Point of contact for all tenants, maintaining schedules and progress reports.
Strong construction background and knowledge of building methods.
Up to date knowledge of current Health & Safety matters, Codes of Practice and current issues in the property market.
Computer aided design experience with several industry recognised 3D design and modelling packages including AutoCad and Adobe creative suite software.
Experienced in undertaking measured surveys and with property planning procedures.
