CAREER EXPERIENCE:

9 years of experience in the real estate Industry focusing on Commercial Facilities Management. At TPM, Donna-Marie is responsible for all aspects of managing commercial properties to include service charge budgeting; managing Client, tenant and contractor relationships; and health and safety compliance. Prior to Trinova, Donna-Marie spent the last 6 years as a Facilities Manager for JLL and LHS managing a varied portfolio to include Industrial Estates and Retail Parks. She also has over 15 years of social housing experience. Donna-Marie holds a BA (Hons) in Public Policy and Management from University of Bedfordshire.
