CAREER EXPERIENCE:

9 years of experience in commercial property and asset management across mixed-use portfolios, including office, retail and industrial. At TPM, Peter is a Senior Property Manager responsible for overseeing several key assets across the portfolio. He brings a proactive, tenant-focused approach to day-to-day operations, ensuring both landlord obligations and occupier expectations are consistently met. Previously, Peter held positions at CBRE, Oyster Property Group (NZ) and Viranda Holdings (NZ), managing high-profile instructions including a publicly traded West End portfolio, and implementing strategic service charge and sustainability initiatives. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing and Management from the University of Auckland.
