CAT. A REFURBISHMENT OF SIXTH FLOOR OFFICE SPACE – 2015
When the floor became vacant our client approached us to undertake a complete strip out and renewal of the internal finishes and building services to create a bright and modern office space. Through our detailed knowledge of the building we were able to remove three areas of redundant ductwork adding c.100sq.ft. of additional floor space.
These Works Included
- Strip-out of vacant floor and removal of redundant ductwork and services.
- Developing the clients brief, finishes specification and tendering the works.
- Overseeing the project including quality monitoring and contract administration duties.
