Lucinda has 8 years’ experience working in residential and commercial property management.
At TPM, Lucinda is responsible for the company’s portfolio of residential property, taking the lead on all property management related matters. Lucinda’s forte is listening and understanding her Clients’ objectives and formulating strategies to achieve agreed targets.
Lucinda is especially skilled in compliance and technical building maintenance.
