CAREER EXPERIENCE:

16 years’ experience managing complex, high-value commercial and residential property portfolios across the UK and Europe, with a strong focus on effective governance, compliance, and financial control. At TPM, Andreea is responsible for the management of key assets across the UK, providing informed oversight of service charge budget strategy and control, Health & Safety and regulatory compliance, utilities analysis, and sustainability reporting. Her role also includes the performance management of key contractors and suppliers to ensure properties are operated efficiently and in line with client and stakeholder requirements. Andreea holds an BA (Hons) in Business Management from Nottingham Trent University.
