CAREER EXPERIENCE:

16 years of experience in complex commercial real estate portfolio’s including office, retail, industrial and business parks.  At TPM, Davina heads-up the Property Management team and oversees the day-to-day operations of the rapidly growing managed portfolio with rent collection of over £27 million and service charge budgets in excess of £6 million. Davina qualified as a Member of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, holds a Masters in Urban Regeneration (MSc) from Sheffield Hallam University and Degree in Geography (BA Hons) from Sheffield University.
